When hiking in the forest, most people will go out of their way to avoid stinging nettle plants as brushing them with uncovered skin can be very painful. However they are not as negative as you might think, since these plants have the ability to provide certain advantages.

Stinging nettle tea is extremely healthy and it can be made through boiling and soaking the nettle leaves.
Not only is it an excellent source of minerals and vitamins, it also works as an anti-histamine that greatly helps to alleviate any sort of skin allergies or conditions, gout and a heap of additional health related problems. One question is, what sort of environment does your nettle plant occupy?
Is it a spot genuinely untouched (for the most part) by humans or possibly in an area in which it may be exposed to pesticide sprays or even weed killer?
In case it is the latter, your leaves have soaked up those toxic substances, which, can therefore, be taken in by you.
Lastly, it will be hard for you to locate nettle plants if you reside within the city.
It isn’t safe to cultivate a nettle plant in your house for those who have young children or pets which could inadvertently hurt them when they brush against the nettle plant.
Buying nettle tea on the web or from natural health shops can be a better option rather than making it yourself so that you can obtain the advantages it could deliver.
So make it which ever way you can, and continue to enjoy each of the benefits!
